Single Supplement: GBP £15.00

Booking Deposit: GBP £10.00 per person
required on booking (sorry non refundable)

Arrival time: after 4pm
Departure time: by 11am

We accept cheques and most major credit cards

To make a booking, please contact us by email or telephone, stating the dates you require,
your preference for rooms, and any special requirements. We will reply at the earliest opportunity.

Special dietary requirements are available on request in advance.

Smoking is not permitted in the house.

Children: We welcome babies under 1 year old and children over 12 years old.

Telephone facilities are available on request.

Internet: We have wireless internet access in all rooms.

Car Parking: Plenty of space.

Colour TVs, hair dryers, tea/coffee making facilities are provided.

Bank holiday weekends: please note we only accept 2 night bookings.

N.B. When a room is booked for 2 people and only one person
occupies the room we will charge the full room rate.

Where to eat: We will be pleased to discuss with you places to eat in the locality.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

DISCLAIMER

RESERVATIONS, ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
To confirm your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person.

Arrival time is from 4pm onwards, but let us know if you will be arriving later that 7pm.

On arrival please ring the bell rather than walk in!

We ask that you vacate your room by 11am.

Please note that the full room rate will apply on rooms reserved on Friday and Saturday nights. The single supplement only applies Sunday to Thursday nights.

Bookings for Bank holiday weekends will be for a minimum of 2 night’s duration.

CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel your booking, please remember that a contract exists between us.

We will try to re-let. Your cancelled accommodation deposit will not normally be refunded due to the administrative costs of making the initial booking and re-booking.

If we cannot re-let you accommodation you are liable to 30% of the total charge if you cancel within 28 days of the visit date, 60% if you cancel within 13 days and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours.

In the event of a 'No Show' (that is when guests fail to arrive at all) we will charge the total value of the booking.

We would advise guests to obtain adequate travel insurance.
