All details are correct at time of going to press and may
be subject to change without prior notice. February 2009. RESERVATIONS,
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
To confirm your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit
of £10.00 per person. Arrival
time is from 4pm onwards, but let us know if you will be arriving later that 7pm. On
arrival please ring the bell rather than walk in! We
ask that you vacate your room by 11am. Please
note that the full room rate will apply on rooms reserved on Friday and Saturday
nights. The single supplement only applies Sunday to Thursday nights. Bookings
for Bank holiday weekends will be for a minimum of 2 nights duration. CANCELLATION
If you have to cancel your booking, please remember that
a contract exists between us. We
will try to re-let. Your cancelled accommodation deposit will not normally be
refunded due to the administrative costs of making the initial booking and re-booking. If
we cannot re-let you accommodation you are liable to 30% of the total charge if
you cancel within 28 days of the visit date, 60% if you cancel within 13 days
and 80% if you cancel within 48 hours. In
the event of a 'No Show' (that is when guests fail to arrive at all) we will charge
the total value of the booking. We
would advise guests to obtain adequate travel insurance. |
